Privacy Policy

How Voran Capital Group collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated October 20, 2026.

Information we collect

When you apply for financing or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business details (legal name, address, industry, years in business, registration year), and financial information such as revenue, profit, existing debts, bank balances and your estimate of your credit score. If you upload documents (bank statements, identification, equipment quotes, tax returns), we store them securely. We also record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your submission.

How we use it

We use your information to process your application and make credit decisions, to verify your identity and prevent fraud, to send you service messages about your application (including one-time confirmation codes by email and text message), to meet our legal obligations as a lender, and to improve our underwriting. With your authorization, we obtain consumer and business credit reports about you and your business.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number on an application, we text you a one-time code to confirm the number is yours, and, with your consent, updates about your application. Message frequency is low (typically one or two messages per application). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of credit.

How we share it

We share information only as needed to serve you: with credit bureaus and verification providers under your authorization; with capital partners and service providers who help us fund, close or service loans and who must protect your information; and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect it

Your information is stored encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, and every important action on your file is recorded in an audit log. Documents are held in private, encrypted storage.

How long we keep it

We keep application and loan records for as long as the law requires lenders to keep them. Applications that are started but never confirmed are deleted after 7 days.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, to delete, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us through the contact section of our site and we will respond as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
